New Information that I have received confirms Tony Blair as being a
Freemason.
Today 28th May 2004 I was given information which shows Prime Minister Tony
Blair to be a member of the Freemasons. Was this possibly amongst the
reasons why his office it seems gave their permission for my murder on the
night of 5/6th February 2003? My home at 16A The Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole,
Tyne-Wear, had came under an illegal Northumbria Police Force siege on
Monday 3rd February 2003. Matt Dowding had just written to me on behalf of
Tony Blair shortly before the siege. Tony Blair and the Home Office continue
to ignore the mass use of crime that has been used against me by both the
judiciary, Police and others. These organisations are infested with
Freemasons. The letter Dowding's sent to me was nothing short of deception
which was and remains the normal practice in my correspondence with 10
Downing Street in the matter of the replies to my letters to Tony Blair
since 1997.
Tony Blair has been kept up to date since 1997 with the mass of judicial,
police and other crime that has been used against me. This more especially
since I contributed to the House of Commons Home Affairs Select Committee
Inquiry into Freemasonry within the Police and Judiciary in 1996. I remained
in contact with Lord Nolan until 1998.
One of Tony Blair's pre Election promises made in 1997 was to look into the
matter of public concerns about UK Freemasonry. Later he went along with the
Masonic argument that they were not a Secret Society but a Society with
Secrets. They are in fact both of these things. Now as a known Freemason,
Tony Blair could not have been independent in his dealings and what is in
the circumstances another deception in the matter of Freemasonry. The Nolan
Inquiry into Freemasonry within the Police and Judiciary to which I
contributed. was also a scam. Tony Blair has been upholding the Brotherhood
of Freemasonry and now its clear why this has been the situation. He is also
a reputed member of the Elitist World Secret Society known as the
"Bilderbergs". The Bush's, Rosthschilds, Henry Kissinger and many more such
political figures are amongst its known members. Lord Carrington heads it in
the UK. Also reputed to be members of it are William Haig and Gordon Brown.
The day of the rule of Secret Societies is now a fact of life. Freemasons
infest most if not all UK authorities.
The Queen is the Patron Head of UK Freemasonry which has its roots in
Judaism. The Jewish religion is not of Christian beliefs. The Queen is also
head of the Church of England which is of course a Christian Religion. The
beliefs of these two religions conflict. The Duke of Edinburgh, the Prince
of Wales are also Freemasons as was the Queens later father King George 6th.
The rule of Freemasonry is thus being preserved by those listed above and a
lot more such as the Duke of Kent who is the UK Grand Master of Freemasonry.
The Knights Templars who were involved in the so called Holy Wars, were the
origins of Freemasonry having changed their name to the latter after the
English civil wars of the 1640's.
William Hamilton, the Dunblane Mass murderer was a mason. He had been
protected by the police in the face of concerns about his conduct with
children before the child massacre. Dr Harold Shipman was also a mason. Its
interesting how he got away with so many murders before he was found out. It
would appear that he too had been immune from prosecution by the police for
a long time. How he was allowed to have so many guns is really no mystery
now.
The UK Establishment does have prisoners of revenge. Norman Scarth, a 78
year old man who won a case against the UK government remains in prison
under circumstances which, like my own case, requires an independent public
inquiry. It seems that Tony Balir does not like the word "independent". Andy
MaCardle, now a prisoner in Carstairs mental establishment, Scotland, had
opened up a website dealing with the matter of police illegal dealings with
a gang who are alleged to have been involved in drugs dealing. Information
that was given to me was that Lord Hutton had been seen visiting a Masonic
establishment with Lord Hutton at Kensington. Was the Hutton Inquiry into
the death of Dr David Kelly, the Iraqi weapons inspector another State
whitewash? I was informed of a rumour that was said to have circulated
around the office of Dr Kelly on the morning that he was found dead which
seems to suggest that it was. The list goes on. Its time for all those
employed in the public service to be compelled to declare any membership of
Freemasonry. As in the circumstances mentioned above, its unlikely that Tony
Blair set in motion the machinery to bring this about, then it's the UK
citizens who must action it themselves and then call Tony Blair to public
account for his actions. I can write with all certainty that all civil
servants being compelled to declare any membership of Freemasonry would
bring about a better and fairer Britain instead of the one we have now which
has become more akin to a Police State as warned around three years ago by
the Bar Council. When Masons employed within the civil service are compelled
to declare membership of Freemasonry, I can guarantee to the public just how
massive such membership is and why they should have serious concerns about
it. The UK Justice System is nothing short of a hotbed of Freemasonry with
judges, police officers and solicitors all being a part of it.
Several months ago in a letter to Tony Blair I asked that he declare any
membership of Freemasonry so that I might then decide whether he has been
impartial to the matters of Masonic crime that has been used against me
which I have been reporting to him. In that letter I had again reported to
him the matter of the police murder attempt made on me on the night of 5/6h
February last year. That letter remains without even an acknowledgement. So
I can rightly claim that Tony Blair is involved in the cover up of attempted
murder as well. Given that he is now implicated in so many deaths following
what was in the circumstances an illegal war against Iraq along with Bush, I
suppose the attempt to murder me might insignificant in comparison?
It is shown and proved by the available evidence in my case that illegal
Star Chamber has now returned. I am aware of other such cases. The Star
Chamber had been abolished at the end of the English Civil Wars by Oliver
Cromwell. The abolishion of it still remains as part of valid law. The UK
Judiciary are illegal by reason that they have no accountability whatsoever
be that to Parliament or the public. Tony Blair's pal Fraser Kemp MP, was an
unwilling partner in showing this fact to me. By allowing a Judiciary
without any accountability whatsoever be that public or Parliamentary, the
authority of the government is now called into question. Parliament is the
highest court of this country but now ignores its obligations to the public
regarding this. Treason against the people is clearly at work here.
Tony Blare continues to deprive all UK citizens their rights under Article
6(1) of the European Human Rights Convention. We have no independent and
impartial Tribunals or Authorities as required under Article 6(1) of the
Convention for the resolution of our civil or criminal rights.

Downing Street ----The Enemy Within.
10 Downing Street and the Home Office and others continue to ignore the mass
of crime that has been used against me which now includes attempted murder.
This has taken place more so since I contributed to the House of Commons
Home Affairs Select Committee Inquiry into Freemasonry within the police and
judiciary. This Inquiry was chaired by Lord Nolan with whom I kept in
contact until January of 1998 when he then wrote to me that he was returning
to being a member of the Law Lords and had to be impartial to what I had
been reporting to him since 1996. I am satisfied that the Inquiry was a
whitewash of the true situation relative to Masonic membership within the
police and judiciary. The crimes reported to Tony Blair and the Home Office
which continue to be ignored by them include the attempted murder of me by
Northumbria Police Special Squad Officers on the night of 5/6th February
2003 when they attempted to impale me on a sword. Several police officers
witnessed that murder attempt on me. Only one of them dragged me away from
his murdering colleagues to prevent my murder. Shortly before the siege of
my home and the murder attempt made on me, Mr Matt Dowding employed under
Tony Blair at 10 Downing Street, London, had shortly before the siege of my
home, replied to my letter that I sent to Tony Blair relative to the mass of
crime that had been used against me. Matt Dowding's letter contained
deception so well known to the increasing number of victims of our very
corrupt Establishment which Tony Blair heads. My murder would have only been
one in the thousands in which Tony Blair is implicated following the attack
under false pretences on Iraq. I am sure that Dr David Kelly, the Iraqi
weapons inspector, was also murdered as are many others. Information sent
to me shortly after his body was found from an anonymous source, also seemed
to suggest that. It would appear that being an Establishment whistle blower
or a potential one, now carries a death sentence with it.
The above and other crimes used against me reported to the various
authorities, including 10 Downing Street, the Home Office, the
Parliamentary Commissioner, The Attorney General, and the Lord Chancellors
Department, include the theft of my home at 16A The Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole,
Tyne-Wear, when the door to my home was broken down and the murder attempt
then took place. Northumbria Police had stationed marksmen outside of my
home on the first night, 3rd February 2003, of their siege of it and I then
came very close to being shot by them. A policewoman negotiator at the scene
named "Jo" saved me from that fate. Land close by to my home was also stolen
from me. This theft was assisted by the Durham District Land Registry. I am
satisfied that its Chief Registrar is a member of the Freemasons and that he
was doing what Freemasons do best. I think most of us know what that is.
What the Registrar told me was that he had the power of discretion which in
fact amounted to his alleged power to ignore land and property theft and
then to allow its registration afterwards. He along with others in authority
were made aware that my wife now living in our other house at Dacre Banks,
North Yorkshire, had used forgery to register our marital home at 16A The
Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole into her sole name at the Durham HM Land Registry.
Forgery was also used by her to register land at HM Durham District Land
Registry that had previously been registered in my sole name, into hers
alone. It is ironic that it was my wife of thirty years was to provide me
with the final proof of just how corrupt the UK Establishment is.
My home at 16A the Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne-Wear ,was stolen following my
contribution to the House of Commons Home Affairs Home Select Committee
Inquiry into Freemasonry within the Police and Judiciary. Shortly afterwards
bent judges sitting at the Durham and Newcastle County Courts arranged for
my bankruptcy in the sum of £15.800. That was later assisted by the Teeside
County Court who have not yet replied to the fax that I sent to them over
two weeks ago. My appeal for the possession of my home had been adjourned
there on January 30th 2003 before my home came under an illegal Northumbria
Police siege on Monday 3rd February 2003 when I refused to give it up
following the mass of blatant judicial and police crime that had been used
to engineer that situation. Those proceedings remain adjourned. The
protocols for Judicial Review of the cases had also been commenced then.
These matters continue to be ignored by our corrupt Establishment employees
which of course now includes the Middlesborough County Court. That
Freemasonry rules our justice system there is not the slightest doubt.
Perhaps the House of Commons Home Affairs Select Committee Inquiry into
Freemasonry within the Police and Judiciary was simply an exercise to learn
what members of the general public knew about its influence within the
Police and Judiciary?
Ten months before my wife parted company from me in June 1998 she had
concealed our finances from me which amounted to at least £93.700. The
actual document showing those accounts written in my wife's own handwriting
has now been published. Following the illegal seizure of my home by Masonic
led Northumbria Police Force officers, around some £17.000 worth of my
personal possessions were stolen from my home. They included considerable
documentation of my cases that served as proof of my allegations. However it
had previously been copied to other sources before the attempt to rid me of
it. The law states that all financial transactions for two years leading up
to a bankruptcy is taken into consideration for the purposes of it. That law
did not apply to me. The House at Dacre Banks was purchased for cash in late
April 1998 and my bankruptcy was ordered by the bent Judges scheming at the
Durham County Court in March of 1999. In fact the law does not apply to
anyone who is considered to be an anti-mason. This serves as further
evidence that the UK Courts are, as I and many others have thought for so
very long, that Freemasonry rules in our courts. We, my then wife and I, had
purchased another house at Dacre Banks, North Yorkshire, in late April 1998
for cash. The amount paid for that property well exceeded the amount claimed
in the bankruptcy. The Official Receiver then situated at Stockton-on-Tees
and the Chief Constable of North Yorkshire police were fully aware of the
latter fact but it would seem also did their Masonic duty to cause me as
much harm and damage as possible by ignoring the facts and evidence of it.
These men, if that is the right word for them, are nothing more than
criminals working under the cover and guise of authority. My wife registered
our property at Dacre Banks, North Yorkshire into her sole name as well. In
other words she was allowed to steal the whole lot from me with the
assistance of our generally corrupt Masonic riddled Establishment.
Some of the facts that my case has proved, and may have been some of the
reasons for the murder attempt made on me on the night of 4/t, are as
follows:
The Judiciary have no public or Parliamentary accountability whatsoever.
This is illegal under laws dating back to the Magna Carta and backed up by
the Civil Wars of the 1640's. This was shown in my correspondence with
Fraser Kemp MP who backed away from the situation when I required that he
raise these matters in the House of Commons for and in the general public
interest. Judges are illegally being held to be above the law as verified by
statements made to me by senior police officers. Judges now also illegally
make up law as they proceed. Tony Blair is aware of these latter facts but
continues to ignore them and under ancient law is regarded as being a part
of this corrupt and illegal system. The ultimate English Court is Parliament
but they are allowing this very illegal situation and are therefore in
breach of their duty to the public they are supposed to serve.
The Star Chamber, the cause of the English Civil Wars that was abolished
following it in the 1640's, is back alive and well under Tony Blair and is
causing just as much harm to its victims as it did prior to those wars.
Again Tony Blair and the Lord Chancellors Department are also aware of this
fact but simply ignore it. Justice system money laundering are now all a
part of our generally corrupt Establishment.
The Queen is Patron head of the UK section of the worlds leading Secret
Society, the Freemasons. Freemasonry is tied to Judaism which is not a
Christian religion. She is also head of the Church of England which is of
course a Christian religion! The judicial oath of fairness to all, sworn by
all judges and magistrates to the Queen is all a part of the massive
deception which the UK public are being subjected to. That was shown
following my letter to the Queen around some two years ago. That UK judges
are illegally being held to be above the law is proved not only in my case,
but in many others now coming to light.
The Prince of Wales, The Duke of Edinburgh, are Freemasons as was the Queens
late father King George 6th. The Duke of Kent is the Grand Master of UK
Freemasonry. The list goes on. In fact the thread of Freemasonry within the
ruling and privileged classes is huge.
A letter that I sent to Tony Blair several months ago, included in it my
request that he declare any membership of Freemasonry. I required that
information so that I could ascertain whether he was and is impartial to
what I have been reporting to him since 1997. He and/or Downing Street have
failed to reply to that my letter. I was fairly sure before that Tony Blair
is a Freemason. Now I am sure that he is one. His promises that he would
deal with the matter of public concerns about Freemasonry is one of the many
that he made at the outset but which have never been acted on. Its seems now
quite clear why this is.
My damages claims made against Tony Blair and the Durham County Court and
others involved in the mass of crime used against me remains but are to be
increased following the illegal police siege of my home at 16A the Lyons,
Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne-Wear which started on Monday 3rd February 2003 and my
subsequent heart attack several weeks later. The use of very serious crime
used against me by my civil opponent and her criminal solicitor assistant
only served as yet further proof of just how corrupt the UK Establishment
is. Yesterday and today I am one of their many victims. Tomorrow which one
of you will it be?
The UK Press generally back away from anything which mentions corruption
involving Freemasonry. As David Ike has said, they are also controlled by
Freemasonry. I can confirm the truth of his statement following my own
experiences with the Press. One member of the Press told me shortly after
the siege of my home ended that they had never expected to see me again
following it. They too were clearly of the opinion that a way would be found
to silence me forever. That nearly happened, but maybe that greatest
authority of all had different ideas for me?

Dear Mr Prime Minister
The statements that I make herein are true to the best of my knowledge and
belief.
First I accept that those members of staff employed at 10 Downing Street are
authorised to reply on your behalf to letters which members of the public
have sent to you. I add that there are obvious consequences arising from
this fact.
I am disgusted at the recent reply which I recently received from the Home
Office which was in response to my latest letter which I sent to you giving
notice dated 2nd December 2003 and one sent to you the 11th November 2003.
Those letters also detailed the murder attempt made on me by Special Squad
police officers on the night of 4/5th February 2003. That matter along with
the catalogue of crime by what is without doubt an Establishment Masonic
Mafia, has been reported to you on several occasions. It continues to be
ignored and deceit is being used by Downing Street and The Home Office as an
apparent ploy to cover up what has been carried out against me. The latter
being more substantial since I contributed to the Nolan Inquiry into
Freemasonry within the Police and Judiciary in 1996. The Home Office wrote
that they have referred the matters that I reported to you to the same
police force which I reported to you as having been involved in extensive
use of serious crime against me, where in addition, two of its Special
Squad officers had attempted to murder me by stabbing on the night of 5/6th
February last year.. The recent Home Office letter does however serve to
confirm that the UK indeed does not have any independent or impartial
tribunals or authorities, which as you will know, are required under the
European Human Rights Convention. That remains as a gross breach of my
rights as a European Citizen.
The facts arising from this breach of my rights has caused me very serious
damage and it was for that reason that I am claiming damages from you by
your failure to set in motion the necessary mechanism for the establishment
of such independent or impartial tribunals or authorities. The cost of those
very substantial damages to me remains and continues to increase. Given that
you continue to allow this situation, and it would appear from facts, that
you are also ignoring the murder attempt made on me on the night of 4th/5th
February last year when my home was unlawfully seized following a catalogue
of judicial and other crime to bring about that situation, those damages are
to be increased in an upward direction. Those two potential police murderers
remain at large. I refuse to believe that the decision to murder me was made
on the spot by those two police officers. Clearly that decision had been
made by a higher level of authority and those persons also remain at large.
Just how high in the chain of authority that decision to murder me might
well be answered by an independent public inquiry. You continue to ignore my
demand for this.
I state again to you that following my receipt of a letter sent to me by Mr
Matt Dowding who was writing on your behalf from Downing Street a letter
dated January 16, 2003, my home came under an illegal police siege. At
around that same period of time I had been publishing correspondence that I
received from your friend Mr Fraser Kemp MP, which confirmed that there are
no authorities in the UK who will act on matters of judicial crime. You will
know Mr Prime Minister that the UK judiciary have no public accountability
whatsoever and that includes the use of blatant crimes used by the criminal
factors employed within the judiciary. The judiciary have no public
accountability whatsoever as has been shown and proved by that
correspondence which I received from Mr Fraser Kemp MP. He had provided a
dossier of evidence backing up my claims of Establishment crime to the Home
Office, The Lord Chancellors Department, The Attorney General and the
Parliamentary Commissioner, all who would not take the responsibility to act
on it as Public Duty surely requires? Is it therefore justice for members
of the public to be accountable to the judiciary while this state of affairs
continues? Can any country be a democracy while this situation continues to
be tolerated? We do have terrorists employed within the UK Establishment
many clearly stemming from Freemasonry. They are shown to be well capable of
carrying out serious crimes which also include murder as was attempted
against me. Those same corrupt Establishment criminal elements are also
attempting to cover up that murder attempt along with the catalogue of crime
that has been used against me. I would find it difficult to accept that you
are not aware of these facts and that Freemasonry is not just an innocent
old boys network. I would agree that the rank and file members of
Freemasonry know little of what the agenda of the higher ranks of
Freemasonry is. That a Masonic Mafia exists in this country there is no
doubt.
I had been in contact with Lord Nolan from 1996 to 1998. I had contributed
to the Home Affairs Select Committee Inquiry into Freemasonry within the
Police and Judiciary headed by Lord Nolan which I think now public
contribution to it should have been included in it a government health
warning. I firmly believe that Inquiry covered up the facts of the Masonic
influence/control of the judiciary which also exists within the justice
system generally. My concerns that judges at the Durham and Newcastle County
Courts were possibly or more probably Freemasons was ignored as being
irrelevant by them. Lords Bingham and Woolf along with the Court Service
also maintained that my concerns regarding Masonic influence in what was the
blatant judicial and other crime being used against me at the Durham and
Newcastle County Courts had no relevance. They were of course all wrong
about that matter. That fact is proved under the ruling made in, The Social
Security Commissioners Case No. CSI/136/02. The official ruling under the
latter case was provided as evidence in my appeal for the possession of my
home held on Thursday 30th January 2003 at the Teeside County Court. That
court had previously wrongly ruled on the 20th January 2003 that my
concerns at Masonic influence in my cases had no relevance. The judge at the
30th January 2003 hearing was provided with an official copy of that ruling
and expressed surprise about it. I then took ill and the judge immediately
adjourned the hearing when an ambulance was called and I was taken to
hospital.
I was never informed, when it seems that what was in the circumstances, an
illegal court hearing, that took place on the following Monday of 3rd
February. It was illegal by reason that I was not informed of it and neither
had the requisite two full working days notice of such hearing had been
served on me. As far as I am concerned, that adjourned hearing of the 30th
of January 1993 which I have referred to above remains as adjourned. All
consequences that I have reported to you following that adjourned court
hearing are also in the circumstances deemed to have also been illegal.
My appeal made on the 30th January at the Teesside County Court, if justice
had really been its intent, had been successful on the grounds that by
ignoring my concerns about possible Masonic influence in my case, there had
been in fact been a breach of Article 6(1) of the European Human Rights
Convention. That is verified in ruling under the Social Security
Commissioners case as mentioned above. It seems that someone did not wish
that ruling to prove my appeal case so ignored it. At the hearing of the
30th January 2003 at Teesside County Court I also served on the court and
the opposing side the necessary protocols for my application for Judicial
Review. That too was ignored by the courts I have named to you. That was
further proof that other parties, and I believe were Masons or those doing
their bidding, had decided that injustice would be the outcome for me which
ever way that I proceeded. Immediately after that illegal court hearing of
Monday 3rd January 2003 police then watched as a bailiff tried to force
entry to my home. That was again an illegal act which along with the other
facts and names of Establishment criminals that I have detailed to you, was
the reason why I would not give up my home. Several weeks later Baroness
Scotland Parliamentary Spokesperson to the Home Office, proposed a law to
make forced entry to a persons home lawful. Forced entry to a home by a
bailiff in such circumstances still remains unlawful even if the bankruptcy
engineered for me by none other than judicial and other criminals that I
have named to you had not been used against me. The revenge carried out
against me for opposing very corrupt elements of Freemasonry has proved that
they are able to do it with the help/co-operation of what clearly is none
other than other Masonic Establishment criminals.
That some of our courts are being ruled by none other than criminals where
they make up their own illegal laws as they proceed is also proved by the
above facts. That the opposing party in my cases had been allowed very
material perjury and had been assisted with the use of serious crime used
against me by a solicitor then practising from Durham that I have previously
named to you, has all been allowed by what are none other than Establishment
criminals being paid from the public purse to do that.
I, like others that I am aware of, have found that The Office For the
Supervision of Solicitors is also covering up for criminal acts being
carried on by some solicitors. Like the Police Complaints Authority, they
simply fail to acknowledge letters sent to them when they contain facts of
Establishment crime that can be proved by evidence. Is this really the
fairer Britain of your 1997 pre-election promise?
On the first evening of that siege of my home I was made aware that police
had intended to shoot me when to opportunity arose. That fact was made clear
to me by a woman police officer negotiator named to me as Jo at the scene.
Had she not given me an urgent warning to stay away from the window of my
home, then I most certainly would have been shot dead. It is a known fact
that alleged police marksmen know only how to shoot to kill and not wound to
disable. On the third evening of the siege, Special Squad police officers
battered down the door of my home in the early hours of the morning and then
handcuffed me. Several other Special Squad police officers stood on the
lower stairs and watched as those two officers started to push my abdomen
down onto a sword while making noises clearly to help co-ordinate the
pressure they were exerting on each of my shoulders while the sword was
penetrating my abdomen. One of those other officers dragged me away from his
colleagues when I seems he did not wish to be part of murder. It would seem
from my own case that UK police murder squads are now also a reality.
According to Newspaper reports even C.S. Gas had also been intended to be
used against me.
I am aware that the generally speaking, the whole UK Establishment is
infested with members of Freemasonry. That also being very applicable to our
justice system. I have previously demanded from you a full independent
public inquiry into my case which would also prove this fact. You continue
to ignore that demand. I am of course fully aware that such inquiry would
show that UK Freemasonry does have considerable influence/control within the
justice system. I am further concerned that I have been informed that the
Queen is the Patron Head of UK Freemasonry, the Duke of Edinburgh is a Mason
and that the Prince of Wales has quite recently become a Mason. Amongst your
pre-1997 election promises was the matter of dealing with what was even
then, public concerns regarding Freemasonry. It seems that now you believe
that Freemasonry is not a secret society but a society with secrets. Both
statements are in fact true. As a former Hetton-le-Hole Councillor I became
aware of the power of Freemasonry within local government. I was already
aware of its influence/control of the judiciary and its ability to conduct
illegal court hearings. Mr Fraser Kemp MP was also informed what happened to
me when I was prevented from leaving the Hetton Town Council Chambers and
was then assaulted in full view of most of the Council after I protested at
certain Councillors, two of them Masons, in failing to declare an interest
in the matter of land that had come up for Council discussion for housing
proposals for discussion on housing proposals. I wonder was it just
coincidence when the owner of that land who agreed that he was a mason,
asked if I owned my own home. It was clear that what he was implying was
that unless I kept quiet about the matter mentioned above, then I would lose
my home. No Mr Prime Minister, this is the way Freemasonry works. I have
learned that the hard way. That incident alone showed just how much fear is
held by even persons within authority if crossing Freemasons. Mr Kemp MP
also ignored that matter when police refused to act on it.
Downing Street has also written to me that the judiciary are independent of
the government. The Lord Chancellor as head of the judiciary is an unelected
member of the Cabinet and therefore is part of the government. Can you
explain under these same circumstances how the judiciary can be independent
of the government?
I have been given information which if true, suggests that you might also be
a member of Freemasonry. If you are in fact one, then I cannot consider you
to be impartial or independent to what I have reported to you over the years
since 1997. Would you wish to comment on this?
The Norwegian government implemented a law which makes the registration of
extra judicial activities compulsory from November 2002. That might also be
a reasonable start in the UK along with an independent authority who will
look into all allegations of crime used by members of the judiciary. It does
appear Mr Prime Minister that at present we have another ruling government
that is not accountable even for its use of crime as my and many other cases
can show. That government is clearly the judiciary who I would term as the
other government which has become a power accountable to no one. The affects
of this present situation are probably far more serious that most might at
first imagine. That same situation also casts grave doubt on the democracy
of the UK.
I again demand from you an independent public inquiry into my case. It is my
contention that as a mass of blatant judicial and other crime has been used
to take my home and land from me, along with around seventeen thousand
pounds worth of my personal possessions, then it would be appropriate to
carry out acts which could include lawful citizens arrests of those
responsible for my situation and those who have also suffered a similar
situation. That situation would also apply to those who fail or refuse to
carry out their paid public duty to act on the evidence of that crime. I am
aware that I remain at risk of being murdered should I attempt to carry out
such a lawful act. It seems however that I live with that same risk everyday
anyway regardless for the reasons that you are now again aware of. Mr Prime
Minister, the Hell that these criminals that I have named to you now lives
with me every single day and a conscience that justice must endure is indeed
a hard taskmaster.

New Information that I have received confirms Tony Blair as being a
Freemason.
Today 28th May 2004 I was given information which shows Prime Minister Tony
Blair to be a member of the Freemasons. Was this possibly amongst the
reasons why his office it seems gave their permission for my murder on the
night of 5/6th February 2003? My home at 16A The Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole,
Tyne-Wear, had came under an illegal Northumbria Police Force siege on
Monday 3rd February 2003. Matt Dowding had just written to me on behalf of
Tony Blair shortly before the siege. Tony Blair and the Home Office continue
to ignore the mass use of crime that has been used against me by both the
judiciary, Police and others. These organisations are infested with
Freemasons. The letter Dowding's sent to me was nothing short of deception
which was and remains the normal practice in my correspondence with 10
Downing Street in the matter of the replies to my letters to Tony Blair
since 1997.
Tony Blair has been kept up to date since 1997 with the mass of judicial,
police and other crime that has been used against me. This more especially
since I contributed to the House of Commons Home Affairs Select Committee
Inquiry into Freemasonry within the Police and Judiciary in 1996. I remained
in contact with Lord Nolan until 1998.
One of Tony Blair's pre Election promises made in 1997 was to look into the
matter of public concerns about UK Freemasonry. Later he went along with the
Masonic argument that they were not a Secret Society but a Society with
Secrets. They are in fact both of these things. Now as a known Freemason,
Tony Blair could not have been independent in his dealings and what is in
the circumstances another deception in the matter of Freemasonry. The Nolan
Inquiry into Freemasonry within the Police and Judiciary to which I
contributed. was also a scam. Tony Blair has been upholding the Brotherhood
of Freemasonry and now its clear why this has been the situation. He is also
a reputed member of the Elitist World Secret Society known as the
"Bilderbergs". The Bush's, Rosthschilds, Henry Kissinger and many more such
political figures are amongst its known members. Lord Carrington heads it in
the UK. Also reputed to be members of it are William Haig and Gordon Brown.
The day of the rule of Secret Societies is now a fact of life. Freemasons
infest most if not all UK authorities.
The Queen is the Patron Head of UK Freemasonry which has its roots in
Judaism. The Jewish religion is not of Christian beliefs. The Queen is also
head of the Church of England which is of course a Christian Religion. The
beliefs of these two religions conflict. The Duke of Edinburgh, the Prince
of Wales are also Freemasons as was the Queens later father King George 6th.
The rule of Freemasonry is thus being preserved by those listed above and a
lot more such as the Duke of Kent who is the UK Grand Master of Freemasonry.
The Knights Templars who were involved in the so called Holy Wars, were the
origins of Freemasonry having changed their name to the latter after the
English civil wars of the 1640's.
William Hamilton, the Dunblane Mass murderer was a mason. He had been
protected by the police in the face of concerns about his conduct with
children before the child massacre. Dr Harold Shipman was also a mason. Its
interesting how he got away with so many murders before he was found out. It
would appear that he too had been immune from prosecution by the police for
a long time. How he was allowed to have so many guns is really no mystery
now.
The UK Establishment does have prisoners of revenge. Norman Scarth, a 78
year old man who won a case against the UK government remains in prison
under circumstances which, like my own case, requires an independent public
inquiry. It seems that Tony Balir does not like the word "independent". Andy
MaCardle, now a prisoner in Carstairs mental establishment, Scotland, had
opened up a website dealing with the matter of police illegal dealings with
a gang who are alleged to have been involved in drugs dealing. Information
that was given to me was that Lord Hutton had been seen visiting a Masonic
establishment with Lord Hutton at Kensington. Was the Hutton Inquiry into
the death of Dr David Kelly, the Iraqi weapons inspector another State
whitewash? I was informed of a rumour that was said to have circulated
around the office of Dr Kelly on the morning that he was found dead which
seems to suggest that it was. The list goes on. Its time for all those
employed in the public service to be compelled to declare any membership of
Freemasonry. As in the circumstances mentioned above, its unlikely that Tony
Blair set in motion the machinery to bring this about, then it's the UK
citizens who must action it themselves and then call Tony Blair to public
account for his actions. I can write with all certainty that all civil
servants being compelled to declare any membership of Freemasonry would
bring about a better and fairer Britain instead of the one we have now which
has become more akin to a Police State as warned around three years ago by
the Bar Council. When Masons employed within the civil service are compelled
to declare membership of Freemasonry, I can guarantee to the public just how
massive such membership is and why they should have serious concerns about
it. The UK Justice System is nothing short of a hotbed of Freemasonry with
judges, police officers and solicitors all being a part of it.
Several months ago in a letter to Tony Blair I asked that he declare any
membership of Freemasonry so that I might then decide whether he has been
impartial to the matters of Masonic crime that has been used against me
which I have been reporting to him. In that letter I had again reported to
him the matter of the police murder attempt made on me on the night of 5/6h
February last year. That letter remains without even an acknowledgement. So
I can rightly claim that Tony Blair is involved in the cover up of attempted
murder as well. Given that he is now implicated in so many deaths following
what was in the circumstances an illegal war against Iraq along with Bush, I
suppose the attempt to murder me might insignificant in comparison?
It is shown and proved by the available evidence in my case that illegal
Star Chamber has now returned. I am aware of other such cases. The Star
Chamber had been abolished at the end of the English Civil Wars by Oliver
Cromwell. The abolishion of it still remains as part of valid law. The UK
Judiciary are illegal by reason that they have no accountability whatsoever
be that to Parliament or the public. Tony Blair's pal Fraser Kemp MP, was an
unwilling partner in showing this fact to me. By allowing a Judiciary
without any accountability whatsoever be that public or Parliamentary, the
authority of the government is now called into question. Parliament is the
highest court of this country but now ignores its obligations to the public
regarding this. Treason against the people is clearly at work here.
Tony Blare continues to deprive all UK citizens their rights under Article
6(1) of the European Human Rights Convention. We have no independent and
impartial Tribunals or Authorities as required under Article 6(1) of the
Convention for the resolution of our civil or criminal rights.

Downing Street ----The Enemy Within.
10 Downing Street and the Home Office and others continue to ignore the mass
of crime that has been used against me which now includes attempted murder.
This has taken place more so since I contributed to the House of Commons
Home Affairs Select Committee Inquiry into Freemasonry within the police and
judiciary. This Inquiry was chaired by Lord Nolan with whom I kept in
contact until January of 1998 when he then wrote to me that he was returning
to being a member of the Law Lords and had to be impartial to what I had
been reporting to him since 1996. I am satisfied that the Inquiry was a
whitewash of the true situation relative to Masonic membership within the
police and judiciary. The crimes reported to Tony Blair and the Home Office
which continue to be ignored by them include the attempted murder of me by
Northumbria Police Special Squad Officers on the night of 5/6th February
2003 when they attempted to impale me on a sword. Several police officers
witnessed that murder attempt on me. Only one of them dragged me away from
his murdering colleagues to prevent my murder. Shortly before the siege of
my home and the murder attempt made on me, Mr Matt Dowding employed under
Tony Blair at 10 Downing Street, London, had shortly before the siege of my
home, replied to my letter that I sent to Tony Blair relative to the mass of
crime that had been used against me. Matt Dowding's letter contained
deception so well known to the increasing number of victims of our very
corrupt Establishment which Tony Blair heads. My murder would have only been
one in the thousands in which Tony Blair is implicated following the attack
under false pretences on Iraq. I am sure that Dr David Kelly, the Iraqi
weapons inspector, was also murdered as are many others. Information sent
to me shortly after his body was found from an anonymous source, also seemed
to suggest that. It would appear that being an Establishment whistle blower
or a potential one, now carries a death sentence with it.
The above and other crimes used against me reported to the various
authorities, including 10 Downing Street, the Home Office, the
Parliamentary Commissioner, The Attorney General, and the Lord Chancellors
Department, include the theft of my home at 16A The Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole,
Tyne-Wear, when the door to my home was broken down and the murder attempt
then took place. Northumbria Police had stationed marksmen outside of my
home on the first night, 3rd February 2003, of their siege of it and I then
came very close to being shot by them. A policewoman negotiator at the scene
named "Jo" saved me from that fate. Land close by to my home was also stolen
from me. This theft was assisted by the Durham District Land Registry. I am
satisfied that its Chief Registrar is a member of the Freemasons and that he
was doing what Freemasons do best. I think most of us know what that is.
What the Registrar told me was that he had the power of discretion which in
fact amounted to his alleged power to ignore land and property theft and
then to allow its registration afterwards. He along with others in authority
were made aware that my wife now living in our other house at Dacre Banks,
North Yorkshire, had used forgery to register our marital home at 16A The
Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole into her sole name at the Durham HM Land Registry.
Forgery was also used by her to register land at HM Durham District Land
Registry that had previously been registered in my sole name, into hers
alone. It is ironic that it was my wife of thirty years was to provide me
with the final proof of just how corrupt the UK Establishment is.
My home at 16A the Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne-Wear ,was stolen following my
contribution to the House of Commons Home Affairs Home Select Committee
Inquiry into Freemasonry within the Police and Judiciary. Shortly afterwards
bent judges sitting at the Durham and Newcastle County Courts arranged for
my bankruptcy in the sum of £15.800. That was later assisted by the Teeside
County Court who have not yet replied to the fax that I sent to them over
two weeks ago. My appeal for the possession of my home had been adjourned
there on January 30th 2003 before my home came under an illegal Northumbria
Police siege on Monday 3rd February 2003 when I refused to give it up
following the mass of blatant judicial and police crime that had been used
to engineer that situation. Those proceedings remain adjourned. The
protocols for Judicial Review of the cases had also been commenced then.
These matters continue to be ignored by our corrupt Establishment employees
which of course now includes the Middlesborough County Court. That
Freemasonry rules our justice system there is not the slightest doubt.
Perhaps the House of Commons Home Affairs Select Committee Inquiry into
Freemasonry within the Police and Judiciary was simply an exercise to learn
what members of the general public knew about its influence within the
Police and Judiciary?
Ten months before my wife parted company from me in June 1998 she had
concealed our finances from me which amounted to at least £93.700. The
actual document showing those accounts written in my wife's own handwriting
has now been published. Following the illegal seizure of my home by Masonic
led Northumbria Police Force officers, around some £17.000 worth of my
personal possessions were stolen from my home. They included considerable
documentation of my cases that served as proof of my allegations. However it
had previously been copied to other sources before the attempt to rid me of
it. The law states that all financial transactions for two years leading up
to a bankruptcy is taken into consideration for the purposes of it. That law
did not apply to me. The House at Dacre Banks was purchased for cash in late
April 1998 and my bankruptcy was ordered by the bent Judges scheming at the
Durham County Court in March of 1999. In fact the law does not apply to
anyone who is considered to be an anti-mason. This serves as further
evidence that the UK Courts are, as I and many others have thought for so
very long, that Freemasonry rules in our courts. We, my then wife and I, had
purchased another house at Dacre Banks, North Yorkshire, in late April 1998
for cash. The amount paid for that property well exceeded the amount claimed
in the bankruptcy. The Official Receiver then situated at Stockton-on-Tees
and the Chief Constable of North Yorkshire police were fully aware of the
latter fact but it would seem also did their Masonic duty to cause me as
much harm and damage as possible by ignoring the facts and evidence of it.
These men, if that is the right word for them, are nothing more than
criminals working under the cover and guise of authority. My wife registered
our property at Dacre Banks, North Yorkshire into her sole name as well. In
other words she was allowed to steal the whole lot from me with the
assistance of our generally corrupt Masonic riddled Establishment.
Some of the facts that my case has proved, and may have been some of the
reasons for the murder attempt made on me on the night of 4/t, are as
follows:
The Judiciary have no public or Parliamentary accountability whatsoever.
This is illegal under laws dating back to the Magna Carta and backed up by
the Civil Wars of the 1640's. This was shown in my correspondence with
Fraser Kemp MP who backed away from the situation when I required that he
raise these matters in the House of Commons for and in the general public
interest. Judges are illegally being held to be above the law as verified by
statements made to me by senior police officers. Judges now also illegally
make up law as they proceed. Tony Blair is aware of these latter facts but
continues to ignore them and under ancient law is regarded as being a part
of this corrupt and illegal system. The ultimate English Court is Parliament
but they are allowing this very illegal situation and are therefore in
breach of their duty to the public they are supposed to serve.
The Star Chamber, the cause of the English Civil Wars that was abolished
following it in the 1640's, is back alive and well under Tony Blair and is
causing just as much harm to its victims as it did prior to those wars.
Again Tony Blair and the Lord Chancellors Department are also aware of this
fact but simply ignore it. Justice system money laundering are now all a
part of our generally corrupt Establishment.
The Queen is Patron head of the UK section of the worlds leading Secret
Society, the Freemasons. Freemasonry is tied to Judaism which is not a
Christian religion. She is also head of the Church of England which is of
course a Christian religion! The judicial oath of fairness to all, sworn by
all judges and magistrates to the Queen is all a part of the massive
deception which the UK public are being subjected to. That was shown
following my letter to the Queen around some two years ago. That UK judges
are illegally being held to be above the law is proved not only in my case,
but in many others now coming to light.
The Prince of Wales, The Duke of Edinburgh, are Freemasons as was the Queens
late father King George 6th. The Duke of Kent is the Grand Master of UK
Freemasonry. The list goes on. In fact the thread of Freemasonry within the
ruling and privileged classes is huge.
A letter that I sent to Tony Blair several months ago, included in it my
request that he declare any membership of Freemasonry. I required that
information so that I could ascertain whether he was and is impartial to
what I have been reporting to him since 1997. He and/or Downing Street have
failed to reply to that my letter. I was fairly sure before that Tony Blair
is a Freemason. Now I am sure that he is one. His promises that he would
deal with the matter of public concerns about Freemasonry is one of the many
that he made at the outset but which have never been acted on. Its seems now
quite clear why this is.
My damages claims made against Tony Blair and the Durham County Court and
others involved in the mass of crime used against me remains but are to be
increased following the illegal police siege of my home at 16A the Lyons,
Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne-Wear which started on Monday 3rd February 2003 and my
subsequent heart attack several weeks later. The use of very serious crime
used against me by my civil opponent and her criminal solicitor assistant
only served as yet further proof of just how corrupt the UK Establishment
is. Yesterday and today I am one of their many victims. Tomorrow which one
of you will it be?
The UK Press generally back away from anything which mentions corruption
involving Freemasonry. As David Ike has said, they are also controlled by
Freemasonry. I can confirm the truth of his statement following my own
experiences with the Press. One member of the Press told me shortly after
the siege of my home ended that they had never expected to see me again
following it. They too were clearly of the opinion that a way would be found
to silence me forever. That nearly happened, but maybe that greatest
authority of all had different ideas for me?

Dear Mr Prime Minister
The statements that I make herein are true to the best of my knowledge and
belief.
First I accept that those members of staff employed at 10 Downing Street are
authorised to reply on your behalf to letters which members of the public
have sent to you. I add that there are obvious consequences arising from
this fact.
I am disgusted at the recent reply which I recently received from the Home
Office which was in response to my latest letter which I sent to you giving
notice dated 2nd December 2003 and one sent to you the 11th November 2003.
Those letters also detailed the murder attempt made on me by Special Squad
police officers on the night of 4/5th February 2003. That matter along with
the catalogue of crime by what is without doubt an Establishment Masonic
Mafia, has been reported to you on several occasions. It continues to be
ignored and deceit is being used by Downing Street and The Home Office as an
apparent ploy to cover up what has been carried out against me. The latter
being more substantial since I contributed to the Nolan Inquiry into
Freemasonry within the Police and Judiciary in 1996. The Home Office wrote
that they have referred the matters that I reported to you to the same
police force which I reported to you as having been involved in extensive
use of serious crime against me, where in addition, two of its Special
Squad officers had attempted to murder me by stabbing on the night of 5/6th
February last year.. The recent Home Office letter does however serve to
confirm that the UK indeed does not have any independent or impartial
tribunals or authorities, which as you will know, are required under the
European Human Rights Convention. That remains as a gross breach of my
rights as a European Citizen.
The facts arising from this breach of my rights has caused me very serious
damage and it was for that reason that I am claiming damages from you by
your failure to set in motion the necessary mechanism for the establishment
of such independent or impartial tribunals or authorities. The cost of those
very substantial damages to me remains and continues to increase. Given that
you continue to allow this situation, and it would appear from facts, that
you are also ignoring the murder attempt made on me on the night of 4th/5th
February last year when my home was unlawfully seized following a catalogue
of judicial and other crime to bring about that situation, those damages are
to be increased in an upward direction. Those two potential police murderers
remain at large. I refuse to believe that the decision to murder me was made
on the spot by those two police officers. Clearly that decision had been
made by a higher level of authority and those persons also remain at large.
Just how high in the chain of authority that decision to murder me might
well be answered by an independent public inquiry. You continue to ignore my
demand for this.
I state again to you that following my receipt of a letter sent to me by Mr
Matt Dowding who was writing on your behalf from Downing Street a letter
dated January 16, 2003, my home came under an illegal police siege. At
around that same period of time I had been publishing correspondence that I
received from your friend Mr Fraser Kemp MP, which confirmed that there are
no authorities in the UK who will act on matters of judicial crime. You will
know Mr Prime Minister that the UK judiciary have no public accountability
whatsoever and that includes the use of blatant crimes used by the criminal
factors employed within the judiciary. The judiciary have no public
accountability whatsoever as has been shown and proved by that
correspondence which I received from Mr Fraser Kemp MP. He had provided a
dossier of evidence backing up my claims of Establishment crime to the Home
Office, The Lord Chancellors Department, The Attorney General and the
Parliamentary Commissioner, all who would not take the responsibility to act
on it as Public Duty surely requires? Is it therefore justice for members
of the public to be accountable to the judiciary while this state of affairs
continues? Can any country be a democracy while this situation continues to
be tolerated? We do have terrorists employed within the UK Establishment
many clearly stemming from Freemasonry. They are shown to be well capable of
carrying out serious crimes which also include murder as was attempted
against me. Those same corrupt Establishment criminal elements are also
attempting to cover up that murder attempt along with the catalogue of crime
that has been used against me. I would find it difficult to accept that you
are not aware of these facts and that Freemasonry is not just an innocent
old boys network. I would agree that the rank and file members of
Freemasonry know little of what the agenda of the higher ranks of
Freemasonry is. That a Masonic Mafia exists in this country there is no
doubt.
I had been in contact with Lord Nolan from 1996 to 1998. I had contributed
to the Home Affairs Select Committee Inquiry into Freemasonry within the
Police and Judiciary headed by Lord Nolan which I think now public
contribution to it should have been included in it a government health
warning. I firmly believe that Inquiry covered up the facts of the Masonic
influence/control of the judiciary which also exists within the justice
system generally. My concerns that judges at the Durham and Newcastle County
Courts were possibly or more probably Freemasons was ignored as being
irrelevant by them. Lords Bingham and Woolf along with the Court Service
also maintained that my concerns regarding Masonic influence in what was the
blatant judicial and other crime being used against me at the Durham and
Newcastle County Courts had no relevance. They were of course all wrong
about that matter. That fact is proved under the ruling made in, The Social
Security Commissioners Case No. CSI/136/02. The official ruling under the
latter case was provided as evidence in my appeal for the possession of my
home held on Thursday 30th January 2003 at the Teeside County Court. That
court had previously wrongly ruled on the 20th January 2003 that my
concerns at Masonic influence in my cases had no relevance. The judge at the
30th January 2003 hearing was provided with an official copy of that ruling
and expressed surprise about it. I then took ill and the judge immediately
adjourned the hearing when an ambulance was called and I was taken to
hospital.
I was never informed, when it seems that what was in the circumstances, an
illegal court hearing, that took place on the following Monday of 3rd
February. It was illegal by reason that I was not informed of it and neither
had the requisite two full working days notice of such hearing had been
served on me. As far as I am concerned, that adjourned hearing of the 30th
of January 1993 which I have referred to above remains as adjourned. All
consequences that I have reported to you following that adjourned court
hearing are also in the circumstances deemed to have also been illegal.
My appeal made on the 30th January at the Teesside County Court, if justice
had really been its intent, had been successful on the grounds that by
ignoring my concerns about possible Masonic influence in my case, there had
been in fact been a breach of Article 6(1) of the European Human Rights
Convention. That is verified in ruling under the Social Security
Commissioners case as mentioned above. It seems that someone did not wish
that ruling to prove my appeal case so ignored it. At the hearing of the
30th January 2003 at Teesside County Court I also served on the court and
the opposing side the necessary protocols for my application for Judicial
Review. That too was ignored by the courts I have named to you. That was
further proof that other parties, and I believe were Masons or those doing
their bidding, had decided that injustice would be the outcome for me which
ever way that I proceeded. Immediately after that illegal court hearing of
Monday 3rd January 2003 police then watched as a bailiff tried to force
entry to my home. That was again an illegal act which along with the other
facts and names of Establishment criminals that I have detailed to you, was
the reason why I would not give up my home. Several weeks later Baroness
Scotland Parliamentary Spokesperson to the Home Office, proposed a law to
make forced entry to a persons home lawful. Forced entry to a home by a
bailiff in such circumstances still remains unlawful even if the bankruptcy
engineered for me by none other than judicial and other criminals that I
have named to you had not been used against me. The revenge carried out
against me for opposing very corrupt elements of Freemasonry has proved that
they are able to do it with the help/co-operation of what clearly is none
other than other Masonic Establishment criminals.
That some of our courts are being ruled by none other than criminals where
they make up their own illegal laws as they proceed is also proved by the
above facts. That the opposing party in my cases had been allowed very
material perjury and had been assisted with the use of serious crime used
against me by a solicitor then practising from Durham that I have previously
named to you, has all been allowed by what are none other than Establishment
criminals being paid from the public purse to do that.
I, like others that I am aware of, have found that The Office For the
Supervision of Solicitors is also covering up for criminal acts being
carried on by some solicitors. Like the Police Complaints Authority, they
simply fail to acknowledge letters sent to them when they contain facts of
Establishment crime that can be proved by evidence. Is this really the
fairer Britain of your 1997 pre-election promise?
On the first evening of that siege of my home I was made aware that police
had intended to shoot me when to opportunity arose. That fact was made clear
to me by a woman police officer negotiator named to me as Jo at the scene.
Had she not given me an urgent warning to stay away from the window of my
home, then I most certainly would have been shot dead. It is a known fact
that alleged police marksmen know only how to shoot to kill and not wound to
disable. On the third evening of the siege, Special Squad police officers
battered down the door of my home in the early hours of the morning and then
handcuffed me. Several other Special Squad police officers stood on the
lower stairs and watched as those two officers started to push my abdomen
down onto a sword while making noises clearly to help co-ordinate the
pressure they were exerting on each of my shoulders while the sword was
penetrating my abdomen. One of those other officers dragged me away from his
colleagues when I seems he did not wish to be part of murder. It would seem
from my own case that UK police murder squads are now also a reality.
According to Newspaper reports even C.S. Gas had also been intended to be
used against me.
I am aware that the generally speaking, the whole UK Establishment is
infested with members of Freemasonry. That also being very applicable to our
justice system. I have previously demanded from you a full independent
public inquiry into my case which would also prove this fact. You continue
to ignore that demand. I am of course fully aware that such inquiry would
show that UK Freemasonry does have considerable influence/control within the
justice system. I am further concerned that I have been informed that the
Queen is the Patron Head of UK Freemasonry, the Duke of Edinburgh is a Mason
and that the Prince of Wales has quite recently become a Mason. Amongst your
pre-1997 election promises was the matter of dealing with what was even
then, public concerns regarding Freemasonry. It seems that now you believe
that Freemasonry is not a secret society but a society with secrets. Both
statements are in fact true. As a former Hetton-le-Hole Councillor I became
aware of the power of Freemasonry within local government. I was already
aware of its influence/control of the judiciary and its ability to conduct
illegal court hearings. Mr Fraser Kemp MP was also informed what happened to
me when I was prevented from leaving the Hetton Town Council Chambers and
was then assaulted in full view of most of the Council after I protested at
certain Councillors, two of them Masons, in failing to declare an interest
in the matter of land that had come up for Council discussion for housing
proposals for discussion on housing proposals. I wonder was it just
coincidence when the owner of that land who agreed that he was a mason,
asked if I owned my own home. It was clear that what he was implying was
that unless I kept quiet about the matter mentioned above, then I would lose
my home. No Mr Prime Minister, this is the way Freemasonry works. I have
learned that the hard way. That incident alone showed just how much fear is
held by even persons within authority if crossing Freemasons. Mr Kemp MP
also ignored that matter when police refused to act on it.
Downing Street has also written to me that the judiciary are independent of
the government. The Lord Chancellor as head of the judiciary is an unelected
member of the Cabinet and therefore is part of the government. Can you
explain under these same circumstances how the judiciary can be independent
of the government?
I have been given information which if true, suggests that you might also be
a member of Freemasonry. If you are in fact one, then I cannot consider you
to be impartial or independent to what I have reported to you over the years
since 1997. Would you wish to comment on this?
The Norwegian government implemented a law which makes the registration of
extra judicial activities compulsory from November 2002. That might also be
a reasonable start in the UK along with an independent authority who will
look into all allegations of crime used by members of the judiciary. It does
appear Mr Prime Minister that at present we have another ruling government
that is not accountable even for its use of crime as my and many other cases
can show. That government is clearly the judiciary who I would term as the
other government which has become a power accountable to no one. The affects
of this present situation are probably far more serious that most might at
first imagine. That same situation also casts grave doubt on the democracy
of the UK.
I again demand from you an independent public inquiry into my case. It is my
contention that as a mass of blatant judicial and other crime has been used
to take my home and land from me, along with around seventeen thousand
pounds worth of my personal possessions, then it would be appropriate to
carry out acts which could include lawful citizens arrests of those
responsible for my situation and those who have also suffered a similar
situation. That situation would also apply to those who fail or refuse to
carry out their paid public duty to act on the evidence of that crime. I am
aware that I remain at risk of being murdered should I attempt to carry out
such a lawful act. It seems however that I live with that same risk everyday
anyway regardless for the reasons that you are now again aware of. Mr Prime
Minister, the Hell that these criminals that I have named to you now lives
with me every single day and a conscience that justice must endure is indeed
a hard taskmaster.
